Argan oil contains a high amount of linoleic acid and helps reduce inflammation caused by acne while contributing to calming damaged skin cells.
Place a point in the palm of your hand and dab a little in the areas where the problem is, to fight against hard or hard white heads.
You can prepare it with tea, as tea tree oil complements the benefits of argan oil with its rich antioxidant and potential antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal content, together they can help fight acne and reduce inflammation and scarring.

In the winter months or in dry climates, you may need a second drop, but remember not to overdo it. This oil is gentle and safe to use around the eyes.

2- Body lotion
You can also use argan oil as a full body moisturizer. You can prepare a moisturizer with all its natural ingredients, thus avoiding the chemicals present in most lotions and refreshments.
Add a few drops of argan oil to one of these ingredients: coconut, olive oil, jojoba, sweet almond or sesame. If you have dry spots on your heel, elbow or other areas, massage an additional drop in those areas to loosen.

If your hair is dry and brittle, do once a week deep treatment with argan oil overnight. Preheat 4-10 drops in your hands before massaging your scalp.
